Mc Cain Farms, a division of Mc Cain Produce Inc. is looking for Truck Drivers at our Monquart, NB location to assist with planting (approximately April through end-May). JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Required Class 3A driver’s license Willing to work evenings and weekends during busy Planting season Ability to work well with supervision and other employees Team player with excellent attendance Highly motivated, observant with good initiative and a positive attitude. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment adapting to and embracing change as it occurs. Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Must possess a good safety record and demonstrate “safety first’’ on a continual basis, following all safety requirements. Possesses a good attendance record.
