Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a new role within a leading Facilities Management client? Do you have experience working within the commercial and facilities management industry? Randstad C and P is seeking an experienced HVAC engineer, on behalf of a national Facilities Management client. The successful candidates should have experience in air conditioning, air handling, and heat recovery units. This is a mobile position carrying out work within Stirling and surrounding areas. This position is permanent and full: time, with the core working hours being from Monday to Friday. The Package: Competitive salary of GBP38,000 : GBP40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Company van and fuel card supplied Core hours Monday to Friday (40: hour week) Generous pension scheme Training and development courses Annual leave and bank holidays Main Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct regular preventative maintenance and make any adjustments necessary including testing and examining heating, air conditioning and ventilation. Carry out installation, maintenance, and testing of HVAC equipment. Carry out all work to current F Gas Regulations. Working on systems such as : VRV / VRFs, split and multi: split systems. Working on a portfolio of mixed commercial sites. Receiving jobs through a handheld tablet. Complete all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all work is carried out safely and completed to high quality. Candidate Requirements: A minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration F: Gas Qualified Experience with industrial steam boilers (Desirable) Knowledge of steam boiler water treatment and rotating plant. Experience with VRVs, VRFs, chillers, and air handling units Have commercial experience in building services or FM background Flexible with a positive attitude and approach Full UK driving licence Interested?
