Account Manager / Client Services Executive (Digital Marketing Agency)Deal, Kent GBP25,000pa : GBP33,000pa + 25 days holiday, pension, quarterly team events, hybrid working Monday to Friday 9am : 5.30pm KHR has partnered with a reputable full: service digital marketing agency based in Deal who are looking for a client: orientated Account Manager/ Client Services Executive to join their team. As the Account Manager / Client Services Executive you will be responsible for managing the end: to: end digital delivery process, ensuring clients receive regular updates and communication, and that all parts of the campaign are delivered. Roles and Responsibilities: x25CF; Oversee the entire digital production process, from onboarding to end: of: campaign report x25CF; Collaborate with editorial, design, activation, sales, and other stakeholders x25CF; Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering timely updates and reports on campaign performance and progress x25CF; Ensure client reporting is all working x25CF; Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements x25CF; Coordinate with internal teams and external sources for specialised projects x25CF; Maintain high: quality standards, ensuring they meet design and technical specifications x25CF; Proof all ads before going live Candidate Profile: x25CF; Minimum of 2 years of experience in client liaison or account management roles x25CF; Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, and Social Media x25CF; Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels x25CF; Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools x25CF; Able to create a digital campaign on Meta and Google (desirable) x25CF; Experience working with Tik Tok (desirable) At KHR we take care to ensure that you are represented as well as possible so it is worth checking your CV for layout, spelling and grammar as well as making sure it is up to date before you.
