Projects make a real difference in the community, from schools to treatment plants. Responsibilities: Lead project teams to success in water resources projects Develop proposals, scopes, and fees Manage planning, modeling, and regulatory compliance Build successful relationships with clients, staff, and authorities Present at hearings, commissions, and council meetings Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering PE registration in OK (ability to obtain in NM & TX) Minimum 5 years of experience in water resources Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS preferred Expert knowledge of civil engineering practices and principles Strong leadership and communication skills Benefits: Compensation range annually $80,000 - $105,000 Medical, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Employer-funded retirement plan Professional development opportunities Equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR
