Restaurant Manager : NEW OPENING Central London A GBP 40: A GBP 45,000 IMMEDIATE START The Client: This is a new opening coming to town, we have been involved in the project from day dot and they have an awesome team in place and were looking for that final piece. The food is going to be amazing, and the concept is going to be a great addition to town. This is a multifaceted concept so lots to keep you busy The Role: Reporting into the GM you will oversee the Restaurant of 100 covers, leading a team of up to 20. This is about the detail and guest experience : you will look at every step of service and every point of contact with your guest. The team behind this operation dont leave a stone unturned and have thought about the customer experience from every angle, they need someone who can bring this too life. Who you will be: Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role You can demonstrate managing rotas, training and development and supporting a leadership team. You will be in the detail : take pride in operating a well: oiled machine and being the calm in the storm. Available immediately ideally Having experience in a new opening would be desirable.
