Industrial Electrical SuperintendentWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage the electrical installation and maintenance of industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in an industrial setting.Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in industrial facilities- Schedule and supervise a team of electricians and electrical contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget- Develop and implement electrical safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other mechanical and structural components- Monitor and track project progress and identify potential areas for improvement or cost savings- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectivelyQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure- Valid electrical contractor's license and certification in industrial electrical systemsIf you have a passion for industrial electrical work and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for the Industrial Electrical Superintendent position.
