Job Title: Customer Service Manager Salary: A GBP 30,000 Location: Nottingham Type: Permanent The role Our client based in Nottingham who specialise in providing an exceptional order fulfilment service to their customers, are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team on a full time basis. The role will offer a fast pace and varied position, managing a team of customer service executives as well as being a confident communicator when speaking with clients and key accounts. You will be experienced in working to SLAs and pride yourself on building excellent working relationships. You will lead by example and always go above and beyond for your team to achieve goals and meet required deadlines. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to have experience of working in supply chain or logistics. It is also beneficial for the successful applicant to have an awareness of Health and Safety in the work place. So, if you are an experienced Customer Service Manager and looking for a new and exciting challenge then we want to hear from you Main duties and responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long: lasting client relationships Understand the importance of profit and enhanced profitability Actively gain an insight into a clients business to understand challenges being faced Identify improvement opportunities and communicate internally a recommended plan to ensure these are addressed Demonstrate the skills required to manage activity to contractual service levels Constantly maintain best practise solutions within the organisation and backss suitability to add value to clients activity Attend site morning briefs Provide weekly reports to the Senior Customer Services Manager and Business Development Director Skills and experience sought A personable approach to build strong working relationships Demonstrate a natural ability to backss, adapt and engage with individuals and the team Actively participate in and support.
