Role: - Handle a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, contentious probate matters, property and contract disputes, with appearances in both County and High Courts. - While experience in construction disputes is advantageous, it is not mandatory. - Possess either a strong background in estate agency law or be eager to acquire expertise in this field. - Act as a senior team member within our existing team, benefiting from secretarial support, and foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and offering guidance to team members. - A pre-existing client base would be considered a valuable asset. - Demonstrate a commitment to generating new business and facilitating cross-referrals to other departments.
