LOCATION : 91 Maple Avenue, Keene, NH03431JOB TYPE : Full-timePAY RATE : $90K - $120K per year GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The Director of Nursing Services is a key member of the Leadership Team and plays a major role in the development of a culture of caring and commitment throughout the organization. He/she serves as a clinical leader, overseeing all aspects of the childrens care,fosters teamwork amongst staff, and promotes clinical and educational development. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Nursing Practice Organizational Leadership Human Resource Management Safety and Risk Management Interdisciplinary relationships Financial Management QUALIFICATIONS:BSN or willing to get BSN within two years required. R.N. licensed in the State of New Hampshire with a minimum of ten years experience in nursing including three years of leadership. Experience with individuals with multiple disabilities and/or chronic health conditions is preferred. Must have demonstrated strong clinical, organizational and critical thinking skills.
