As Marketing Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: : Managing a portfolio of clients through the entire customer journey. : Building a strong client relationship and serving as the lead point of contact both internally, working alongside the delivery team, and externally with your clients. : Developing a trusted business partner relationship with your clients and customer stakeholders through a solid understanding of their industry, trends, and unique business challenges : Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients : Developing comprehensive client strategies. : Maintaining and implementing a clear and detailed campaign plan and liaise with the delivery team to ensure clarity and deadlines are met. : Matching client's budget to team output to ensure profitability and resources are maintained. We're looking for a Marketing Account Manager with the following: : Extensive experience in a commercial marketing or account management environment; a marketing related degree would be an advantage but is not essential. : Previous experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency would be preferred. : Experience in managing integrated campaigns incorporating creative design and branding, content,.
