Vacancy: Service Coordinator Salary: £22000 - £25000Location: Leeds LS14Working in partnership with a well established client, AQUMEN Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Servce Coordinator for a role based in Leeds LS14Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in this fast moving business. Responsibilities: Be proactive in maximising sales of Service and spares products either by taking orders or converting the enquiry to an on-site sales visit Plan and arrange visits for Service Engineers Assist customers with enquiries such as service intervals, spares, price, stock availability, and discounts. Legislative requirements. Issue quotations Follow up Service ad-hoc quotations and back log Assist and provide service support to our distributor and direct customers Support both the Service Manager and Service Sales Manager in their sales efforts where necessary Be proactive in suggesting improvements to processes to improve the business and increase efficiency Preparation pro-forma invoices as required The successful Service Coordinator will be highly organised and be able to prioritise their workload and have experience of ERP/MRP systems. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a Service Engineering environment. With good IT skills and a positive attitude wou will also bring outstanding customer skills.
