A growing business based in Cardiff is looking for a Business Sales Executive to join the team. This job sits in between an account management job and a telesales role. You will be working Monday: Friday, 09:00:17:00. As Business Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include: : Working inbound and outbound enquiries to prospective companies with the intention of them joining the partner network, working towards team and individual targets. : A degree of account management. : Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner. : Managing customer accounts via an in: house bespoke CRM. : Handling consumer and partner complaints where necessary. : Processing orders and payments. : Liaising with other departments across the business. : Being the first point of contact for partners, so you need to be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for solving customer issues.
