Join Our Team as a Site Superintendent Company: Western Built Construction Location: On-site Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and Manage: You will be the point person for all on-site activities, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. - Coordinate and Schedule: Collaborate closely with our Project Manager to schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. - Project Progress: Monitor project progress according to the construction schedule, keeping everything on track. - Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards and strict compliance with safety regulations. - Blueprint Expertise: Review construction plans, schematics, and blueprints, and be ready to suggest revisions based on site conditions. - Team Leadership: Provide full oversight for on-site staff, including foreman, laborers, and subcontractors. - Effective Communication: Keep our clients informed with regular project status updates during walkthroughs. On-site Tasks: - Framing & Material Takeoffs: Ensure materials are ready and quantities are correct. - Documentation: Handle RFIs, SANs, and document progress with photo updates. - Site Survey Coordination: Coordinate and communicate site survey needs. - Safety and Security: Enforce site safety and security measures. - Inspections: Call in and handle inspections efficiently. - Neighborhood Relations: Build positive relations in the community. Key Qualifications: - Proven Experience: You have a successful track record as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry. - Construction Know-How: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. - Blueprint Mastery: Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints. - Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team. - Communication Skills: Effective communication in English and Spanish is mandatory. - Problem Solver: The ability to think critically and solve problems. Required Computer Proficiency: - Google Workspace - Microsoft Office - Adobe Acrobat - Zoom - Dropbox Salary and Employment: Salary is between $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, available for full-time position.
