Job Description : The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and enhance brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content. Client Acquisition and Retention: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and target potential clients in the engineering and land surveying industry. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. Human Resources Management: Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with state and federal regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting employee engagement and professional development. Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent in engineering, land surveying, and support functions. Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Compliance and Certification Management: Ensure all HR practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain necessary certifications and licenses related to human resources management. Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manage the marketing and HR budgets, allocating resources efficiently to achieve departmental goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) required. 15+ years of combined experience in marketing and human resources, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
