Where You Belong.Job SummaryOur season is rapidly approaching, and we are searching for experienced candidates for the position of pool bartender. If you are looking for an exciting place to work, please take a look at the list of qualifications below for a full-service pool bar at a private Country Club. Day-to-DayPrepare beverages for Ipswich Country Club Pool Bar * Perform opening and closing checklists and side work according to standards and schedule to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently. * Must have an in-depth knowledge of the entire food menu, including allergens and options for guests with dietary restrictions. * Prepare beverages and cocktails according to standards for mixing, portion control, and presentation * Serve all food and beverages available at the bar, in accordance to departmental standards * Ensure that all bar inventories are properly stocked, maintained, and replenished * Maintain a clean and sanitary bar and work area in accordance to departmental standards * Be familiar with the point of sale (POS) system * Follow proper procedures in servicing liquor to guests * Stock, wash, and polish glassware * Have Fun About You * At lease 1 year of previous beverage experience in a similar position * TIPS Certification a plus * Must be 18 Years of age or older * Must have in-depth mixology knowledge and ability to pour drinks, mix craft cocktails, following standardized recipes, and recommend industry beverage trends Have more questions?
