CMM Inspector. Job Type: Full Time Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes Salary: A GBP 35,000 : A GBP 50,000 per annum. The Role Our client is currently seeking a skilled CMM Inspector to join their team. As a CMM Inspector, you will be responsible for supporting the inspection function of the department by carrying out first off and final inspections. Your attention to detail and expertise in CMM operation will ensure that their products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Accurate and appropriate measurement of product features to determine conformance/non: conformance to drawing/model. Improvement of the inspection processes to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness. Adheres to the requirements of the company Health and Safety Policies and Quality management System. To liaise with the shop floor on local product Quality issues and systems to support delivery of conforming product. Ensure no product non: conformity escapes to customers. Conducting inspection processes to meet Customer and internal requirements. Conducting measurements of products/ tooling and fixtures as required Reporting measurement outputs included for FAIR and improvement activities. Calibration of measurement devices traceable to national standards. Responsible for general housekeeping within their area.
