Senior Business Analyst - Public Sector Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for driving complex projects and leading teams? My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering key strategic initiatives. About the Role: In this non-permanent position (April 2024 - March 2025), you will be responsible for: Providing expert Business Analysis support across a large and complex programme encompassing five projects. Leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts with varying levels of experience. Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Facilitating workshops and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Designing and implementing TO BE solutions for the programme. Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience residing and working in the UK. Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts. Extensive experience in Business Analysis, covering both technical and business change aspects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience working on large, complex strategic change projects/programmes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Calm and resilient with clear leadership qualities. Proficiency in MS Office essential. Desirable Skills: BA qualifications. Project Management qualifications. Experience in digital transformation within the public sector. Experience in implementing a records management system. Experience in benefit realization (end-to-end management). Experience working in the police or public sector (a plus). Proficiency in MS Project Online.
