Position: Technical Trainer Salary: GBP 35,000 : GBP 38,000Basic + Van + Fuel Card Location: Central Belt : Scotland Join our Training team as a Trainer specializing in construction/utilities, working remotely based out of Central belt Scotland. You will conduct classroom and practical training courses for our customers in alignment with our training programs. Key Responsibilities: : Deliver accredited courses at various locations or on: site at customer premises : Conduct consistent backssment and measurement of delegates to achieve course objectives : Assist in planning and developing future course lines : Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all administrative tasks : Stay informed on awarding bodies policies, statutory regulations, health and safety, employment, and equality laws Requirements: : Ideally hold a recognized training qualification : Knowledge of the construction industry/utilities and civil sectors : Strong communication and presentation skills : Experience in delivering training and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions : Ability to write/produce training sessions or assist in their development : Full driving license required : Must be happy to work away for potentially 3/4 days at a time. for this exciting new Technical Trainerrole please reply to this advert with an up to date copy of your CV or call Will at Kemp Recruitment on 440 for further information.
