About the Team In Field Readiness we provide the knowledge and build tools, templates and a strategic approach which aid Workday's services ecosystem to maintain knowledge of our product and deploy Workday in a consistent manner, improving efficiency in deployment and for our customers. About the Role Field Readiness Architects (FRAs) are the primary leaders by functional product area that drive field awareness and make sure consultants are fully equipped to implement Workday. Workmates in this role are passionate about supporting Workday consultants and collaborating closely with consultants, product management, strategic services, other field readiness architects across the Workday platform and the partner ecosystem. .
