Responsibilities: Safety Oversight: Conduct regular inspections to identify and backss potential hazards on the factory floor. Work closely with production teams to implement and monitor safety protocols. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver engaging health and safety training programs for all factory personnel. Foster a culture of safety awareness through regular communication and educational initiatives. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement corrective action plans as needed. Incident Response: Act as the point of contact for any health and safety incidents, conducting thorough investigations and providing recommendations for improvement. Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update safety policies and procedures to reflect best practices and industry standards.
