The successful candidate will have a good grounding in civil litigation, with at least one year of experience. Civil Litigation Lawyer Job Description Service Care Legal are currently working with a ‘Legal 500 Leading Firm’, based in Devon, which is in need of a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a good grounding in civil litigation, with at least one year of experience. The areas covered by this role are fairly specialist, including SEN tribunals, High Court for judicial reviews, Tier 1 tribunals, and employment tribunals.
