Luxury Restaurant General Manager – £100,000 OTE – Restaurant LOCATION: LONDON The client seeks an individual with prior experience in managing a renowned venue in London, characterized by high volume and iconic status. They are particularly interested in someone who can drive sales and generate business, contributing to the growth and success of the establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be capable of working closely with the founders to achieve mutual goals. The owner-operator is overseeing two locations in London with a new opening coming up in 2024/2025. The growth of the business means they are looking to appointment of a proactive restaurant General Manager who can lead by example and isn't someone that likes to sit in the office, you would need to be actively involved on the floor. The owner is a confident, hands-on individual, establishing a strong working relationship with them as the business expands is key. This role does include late nights and weekends, but you are not locking up its about being a leader and building the team General Manager role: To lead the development of the entire Restaurant across multiple areas To ensure the objectives, programs, and plans are fully aligned to the company's development strategy as per budget. To deliver positive results and achieve targets in line with budgets. Responsible for multi-function P&L within corporate environment across multiple regions and markets The right person: At least 4 years of leadership experience with a premium dining concept A real food expert is needed with a proven track record of successful restaurant development in luxury dining. Very strong strategic and operational capabilities. Experience and knowledge working in London is key to the success of the business.
