Activities Coordinator Job Type: Part Time, Permanent Location: Oldham Salary: A GBP 10,90 : A GBP 12,00 per hour. The Role Join a dynamic team in a fulfilling role within a care home setting Were seeking individuals who thrive in a busy team environment and are passionate about providing exceptional care to residents. Key Responsibilities. Engaging with residents on a daily basis, both individually and in groups, to stimulate them and understand their preferences. Clear communication with residents, assisting them in documenting their life stories. Organizing and leading outings to places such as churches, shops, and cafes. Collaborating with family members to ensure we understand residents likes and dislikes. Working a flexible schedule of 5 days per week, following a seven: day rota. Planning and executing events and parties, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
