Senior Marketing Manager - £55,000 Senior Marketing Manager Salary: £55,000 Location: Hybrid with travel I am working with an exciting brewery company based in South England They are a rapidly growing company, and they are looking for someone to join then and grow with the business About the Role: The Senior Marketing Manager for the brand will be tasked with steering the company through its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience within the beer market and demonstrate adeptness in devising and executing comprehensive brand strategies. Proficiency in e Commerce and/or events marketing is advantageous. Key Responsibilities: · Spearhead portfolio development, identifying market opportunities, and orchestrating successful product launches. · Innovate and conceptualise new offerings, providing names and designs for each launch, with the company introducing a new limited-edition. · Act as the custodian of brand visual identity, collaborating with the brands designer to oversee the creation of all original artwork from inception to approval. · Develop campaigns to enhance brand recognition and elevate the sales performance of thr brands. · Oversee key event activations, including trade shows, brand launches, and the annual events. · Support the sales team in local activations by managing point-of-sale requirements, sales presentations, and related materials. · Drive the commercial performance of the brand by managing product listings, pricing, email campaigns, and social media initiatives. · Manage the marketing budget effectively.
