Senior Sous Chef - Events£40,000 + Overtime London My client is a premium event catering company who are known for delivering outstanding events and across the most beautiful venues around London. As a Senior Sous Chef you will work closely with the Senior Head Chef to deliver a variety of food for London’s most prestigious venues and events. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assist with running the kitchen and managing staff as well as the recruitment and training of chefs. Manage the event and contract food production Develop and create menus whilst keeping recipes seasonal and exciting. Delivering events and tastings as a lead chef when required Ensure all food is prepared in a safe manner, adhering to strict allergen requirements in line with food safety legislation and company policy Working efficiently and tidily, promoting best practice and skills in a sustainable manner What do we require from you Experience at Sous Chef level with a strong and proven work history in events catering or venues.
