Job Summary: DT Professional Services is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst/Helpdesk Support to join our team in Caledonia, MI! This role provides support for business and IT customers technical problems and service requests; records problem symptoms and information for escalation of the more complex problems to higher level support; maintains knowledge of relevant products and service offerings to provide accurate solutions; acts as representative of services to its customers. You'll also conduct timely 1st level problem determination for incidents using documented procedures, and accurately documenting the issues. Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to Service Requests through approved channels to Help Desk in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Basic Qualifications: Superb Customer support experience In-person customer support Basic Technical Skills Data migration experience Operating system conversion experience Will migrate computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Will be handling basic troubleshooting of computers Required: 1 year desktop support The compensation for this position: $18.50 - $20 an hour.
