Job Title: Outlet Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Package: 9,800 - 11,500 AED per month, plus monthly service, accommodation, & family status I'm currently supporting a Michelin recognised restaurant, in Abu Dhabi, with their search for an Outlet Manager. This role would be heading up all FOH operations for a very small & very intimate luxury dining venue which specialises predominantly in Asian cuisine. You'll be leading a wider FOH team of 10, and we're looking for someone who is very commercially savvy - as this person will be expected to identify new revenue streams & partnership opportunities with the aim to drive new business & increase daily/weekly/monthly footfall. We're needing someone who's WSET qualified Level 2 and above and has their finger on the pulse when it comes to global wine trends - as this person will ideally be able to build & produce a sophisticated wine list South African, Australian, & New Zealand territories are definitely preferred. A very strong preference for candidates to have regional GCC experience in luxury dining environments, although this can be overlooked should they have an incredibly strong sommelier background. The Must Haves: Minimum of 5 years leading a high-volume, luxury restaurant or bar operation preferably in the Middle East/GCC region. A minimum certification or extensive understanding of Wine trends worldwide, capable to build a sophisticated Wine list. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyse performance data, and drive profitability within the context of the Abu Dhabi market. Developed and executed comprehensive Marketing plans, identifying new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
