Executive Chef Salary: 100,000 + Bonus + Relocation Assistance + Work Permit Location: Aruba My client is renowned for their exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences, catering to discerning travelers seeking luxury and relaxation amidst stunning natural surroundings. As an Executive Chef you will be overseeing two resorts with a total of 12 outlets, and a team of 125 people. I am looking for someone to start as soon as possible, if this sounds like something you might be interested in, get in touch Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork Ensure that the kitchen is staffed appropriately Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded Executive Chef Qualifications: Proven experience in a comparable role with multiple outlet experience High volume, 5-star experience preferred Spanish speaking an asset Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills Proven ability to effectively utilize numerical data Degree in Culinary Arts an asset If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today danny@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
