My client who is based within a short distance of West Malling, is looking to recruit a temporary Accounts Administrator. This is an ongoing role, with the potential to become permanent. This is an ongoing role, with the potential to become permanent. 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday£28-30k Salary As part of the Accounts Administration role, you will be required to carry out the following tasks: - Work on Live Costs- Inputting data and checking invoices match purchase orders - Required to use Xero- Dealing with client invoice queries As the Administrator, you will also be required to carry out the following tasks: - Placing material & plant orders using Live Costs- Keeping the works program up to date- Placing subcontractor's orders- Sending out daily schedules- Liaising with the Operation Director and Contracts Managers Full Training will be given to the successful candidate.
