Switzerland Inn is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for the upcoming season. This position will be responsible for inventory management and ordering along with working in a production capacity. Additional responsibilities include ensuring food is made to the recipe; addressing guest needs; directing the kitchen staff; and Manager on Duty responsibilities. If you have at least one year of experience working in a high-volume restaurant and managing others, understand the importance of quality food, and understand and know food inventory and controls, then this could be the job for you.Switzerland Inn is now owned and operated by MMI Hotel Group, a company with over 76 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
