Senior Training Manager, Traffic Industry, (£45,000 - £50,000) + £5000 Car Allowance The role has nationwide coverage however the Majority of the training will be conducted in the Birmingham Depot (this will be the role of Home Depot) Main area of work is the UK South-West and West Midlands with expectations of Full UK travel intermittently. The Role: Lead and oversee all training initiatives within the traffic industry, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enhancing the skill set of employees. Directly contribute to the operational efficiency and safety standards of the organization. The Purpose: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees in the traffic industry. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Enhance the overall skill set and knowledge base of employees. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Contribute to operational efficiency and safety standards. The Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the specific needs of the traffic industry. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to incorporate relevant content into training modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all training programs adhere to industry regulations and standards. Monitor changes in regulations and update training materials accordingly. Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with training requirements. Training Delivery: Oversee the delivery of training programs to employees at various levels.
