As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will work collaboratively with our Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of digital marketing activities across Service Care Solutions. You will become the key driver for our SEO and spearhead our relationship with our website provider. You will work in synergy with our sales teams, learning customer behaviour and identifying market trends to maximise sales performance and strengthen the Service Care Solutions brand. What you’ll be doing as a Digital Marketing Executive: • Analytics and Reporting – Generate regular reports on website performance, including traffic and conversion rate, social media performance, and job board utilisation. Presenting findings and recommendations to our Leadership Committee. • Event Planning and Management – Project manage and attend all of our company events, including industry-specific exhibitions and trade shows, to internal awards and celebrations. • Marketing Automation – Set up complex marketing automation journeys to improve our customer satisfaction process using systems like.
