Executive Chef : Multi : Site Venue A GBP 65,000 London The Client Our client are the leaders in performing arts and aim to give thought to and acknowledge current affairs through creative dance and performances. They are looking for an Executive Chef to be responsible the full food operation across different sites as well as assisting with the creation, set up and delivery of a brand: new opening. What does the role entail? Provide a high standard of food production, ensuring the kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally. Work closely with the Head Chefs across all sites to create and develop new and exciting menus and food concepts for each season. Supplier resourcing, ordering, delivery and storage Managing budgets and food costs Recruitment, training and coaching of your expanding team Creating passion, flair and drive in your team to assist the business to achieve its quality and business objectives. Work with the Events Team to curate relationships with clients and design bespoke menus. Adhere to all health and safety procedures. What do we require from you? Previous experience working within a multisite business, restaurant and events at an Exec Chef or Head Chef level. Experience of building a new team Have experience in managing teams Be hands: on whilst managing quality across different sites Excellent people skills and the ability to motivate a team. Experience is mobilisation of a new site is desirable.
