Executive Chef – 5 Star Luxury Hotel Salary: 120,000 - 155,000 Location: San Francisco, CAMy client is an esteemed 5-star luxury hotel in San Francisco, and is seeking a Executive Chef to lead their culinary team to craft an unforgettable dining experiences Responsibilities: Lead the property’s culinary operations, ensuring the kitchen is operating smoothly and the food quality exceeds customer’s expectations Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence Create and develop menus to reflect the restaurant concepts Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamwork Ensure that the kitchen is staffed appropriately Oversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislation Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded Executive Chef Qualifications: Proven experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar establishment Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment A well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire team members Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills Degree in Culinary Arts is a asset If you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Declan today declan@COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
