Part time Supervising Social Worker GBP36,000 + GBP5,000 car allowance (both pro rata) Non Stop Care is is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Kent area, in order to help them find a Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis. This is a part time role, for 4 days per week, allowing you to have more time free and a better work : life balance. Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will hold a caseload of up to 8 families across Kent, providing supervision and support. This is hybrid working and the office is in Whitstable. Benefits: : good salary package : GBP36,000 salary + GBP5,000 car allowance : small caseload (8 foster carers) : very good annual leave : 30 days (pro: rata) + 8 bank holidays and the days between Christmas and New Year are usually gifted to the Social Workers by the Director. : 9 company pension : very supportive manager : career progression Requirements: Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and if you have experience in working in fostering or within a looked after children team or child protection.
