Job Opportunity: Head Chef Location: Lake District : Hotel and 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant Salary: GBP 45,000Type: Full Time We are excited to be collaborating with a fantastic client who is seeking an experienced and professional Head Chef to lead the brigade at their stunning hotel and fine dining restaurant in the lakes We are looking for a candidate who has proven Head Chef experience and generating from a fine dining background with sound knowledge of banqueting. Role Responsibilities: - Lead from the front : train, develop and mentor the brigade to deliver exceptional service every time. - Oversee all day to day aspects of the kitchen ensuring standards are consistently maintained. - Banqueting management. - Ensuring that the kitchen is running profitably. - Work closely with the senior management team. - Menu development. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Experienced Head Chef, generating from a 4, Rosette standard hotel. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills. - Expert knowledge of GP, P and L analysis and Menu development. - Passionate about delivering excellent service and takes pride in team development.
