Due to recent expansion and an influx of maintenance contracts, we are actively seeking a skilled HVAC Service Engineer to join our clients Service and Maintenance team. About the Role: Position: HVAC Service Engineer (Commercial Gas Experience Required) Salary: Competitive, GBP35,000: GBP42,000 DOE Location: Mobile role covering East and West Midlands Hours: Full: time, 45 hours per week with optional overtime Leave: Generous 30 days paid entitlement Benefits: Company bonus scheme, pension scheme, company vehicle, and tools provided Key Responsibilities: Conducting service and maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation equipment, and chillers Performing F: gas compliance checks on various A/C systems Diagnosing faults in air conditioning systems and providing timely repairs Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all works undertaken Completing works in a safe and competent manner, adhering to health and safety standards Providing valuable suggestions for system improvements to clients and the office team Evaluating systems for maintenance jobs, ensuring cost: effectiveness and timely completion Upholding a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery Requirements: Qualifications: Full driving license (clean preferred) F: Gas Level 1 trained/certified (essential) Gas Safe trained/certified (advantageous) DBS checked (advantageous) ACS Commercial Gas (advantageous) Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC equipment installation and/or maintenance Client: facing experience with a proven track record of success Strong understanding of health and safety requirements Experience managing budgets and prioritizing workloads Join Us: If youre ready.
