JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Design, Design Engineer, Product Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Engineer. Design for Manufacture (DFM) is at the heart of this role. As our Electrical Design Engineer youll work with, and mentor our talented team, optimising existing Machine Designs and innovating on new products. Youll head up our Special Projects function to design integrated solutions that can be integrated into and improve our existing manufacturing process. Its a very varied role and will include: A Concept design creation for new projects A Lead improvements in design quality and efficiency A Drive on time delivery and quality improvements A Mentoring and supporting the Technical department and Sales team with your knowledge and expertise. Youll also be the go to person for the creation of estimates and project requirements, enabling accurate project viability decisions.
