Our mission is to make our customers work: life easier. Due to company growth, we are now seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work along side our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Reactive maintenance, service and breakdown of both electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment Managing field service technicians throughout the UK Providing technical support to engineers and clients Meeting clients : Customer facing position Field based position Essential Qualifications / Experience: Relevant experience working within the commercial catering industry COMCAT 1,2,3,5 Relevant electrical experience (18th, Edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics is an advantage) Managerial experience heading up a team of field engineers / technicians Full Drivers Licence Package: Salary GBP37,500 : GBP40,000 37.5 hour working week 33 days holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays) WFH / Field based 7.5 performance based company bonus scheme On: going salary reviews Company Vehicle and Fuel Card (choose your vehicle) Vehicle can also be used for personal use Company pension Medicash scheme, free eye testing etc Smart Phone / Laptop / Company Credit Card Uniform Worldwide progression opportunities Overtime 1.5x after 6:30pm, 2x after 10pm If this particular vacancy is of interest to you Fern CV Bay on 389.
