About the Role We are looking for a Lead Distribution Manager at our exciting North West Super Hub. Our Northwest Super Hub is the size of 4.5 football pitches and able to process more than 800,000 parcels a day The Lead Distribution Manager will be responsible for the safe and legal operation of the fleet, distribution operations, management team and ensuring continuous and effective management of our legal obligations to the Traffic Commissioner. They will also have accountability for leadership of managerial and frontline teams ensuring they are trained and motivated to effectively transport mail and parcels between Plants, Network and Collection hubs, Delivery Offices and our external Customers. Shift pattern: Flexibility will be necessary to successfully run a 24/7 operation.
