Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing electrical systems for our special purpose machinery, ensuring seamless integration into our clients' production processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in automation, PLC programming, and commercial acumen to deliver effective engineering solutions. Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for special purpose machinery, considering automation requirements and integration into clients' production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electrical components, such as gearboxes, motors, PLCs, servo controllers, and safety devices. Program PLCs and configure servo controllers to meet project requirements. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure reliability and performance. Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, offering guidance on electrical system functionality and operation backss project requirements and develop cost-effective engineering solutions while considering commercial implications.
