Location: Carlisle Salary: A GBP 29,605 pro rata with incremental progression to A GBP 36,024 Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the field of medical education? Our client has an opening for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Recruitment Officer to help shape the delivery of the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine, which is a collaboration between Imperial College London and the University of Cumbria. The Role This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the development of the marketing campaign which will both inform and inspire those potential applicants. With a proven background in marketing plan development through to campaign implementation, youll be a driving force in helping us to position the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine as a credible and exciting opportunity for aspiring medics in the Cumbria region. As an experienced marketing professional, you will have a track record of developing and delivering inspiring multi: channel marketing plans and support student recruitment campaigns using the full mix of digital and social media, advertising including experience of marketing physical and virtual events. Youll be a marketing all: rounder able to work at pace to establish and foster brand awareness, and to generate leads. Key Responsibilities Review the effectiveness of the full range of channels and events that generate leads, applications and conversions for the PCSM and support the joint brand positioning. Integrate campaigns and advertising activity with other teams involved in the student recruitment journey. Act as key point of contact for their media agency for undergraduate campaigns, managing the relationship and maintaining regular communications to monitor campaign performance.
