THE POSITIONAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated staff specialist to provide clinical care across various Child and Youth Mental Health Services, including Evolve Therapeutic Services, Assertive Mobile Youth Outreach Service, Acute Response Team, and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Team within the Integrated Mental Health Service on a permanent, part time basis KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clinical leadership t THE POSITIONAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated staff specialist to provide clinical care across various Child and Youth Mental Health Services, including Evolve Therapeutic Services, Assertive Mobile Youth Outreach Service, Acute Response Team, and Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Team within the Integrated Mental Health Service on a permanent, part time basis KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide clinical leadership to ensure high-quality mental health care is delivered efficiently by a capable workforce. Ensure fair and respectful treatment of patients and staff, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds. Implement and support clinical models of care and patient safety initiatives. Support alternative revenue sources and maximise funding for service delivery where appropriate. Lead and manage staff, fostering a commitment to patient safety and quality in health-care delivery. Actively contribute to maintaining a safe workplace, prioritising the health and safety of co-workers, clients, or visitors.
