The Role – HR Assistant: As part of our business growth plans and continuous improvement, we are looking to recruit a HR Assistant with generalist HR background and HRIS systems experience to deliver an exceptional service to employees. You’ll be supporting our HR Business Partner and HR Advisor as well as advising line managers on employee matters, including offers, inductions, benefits and reward, training co-ordination and day to day HR enquiries. The role will be based at our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent, on a hybrid basis if preferred and ideally 2/3 days per week office based. Who we’re looking for: Our ideal candidate will hold a CIPD level 3 or above qualification or be near to completion. You’ll have relevant and practical HR experience, ideally gained within the insurance or loss adjusting sector. Experience of HRIS systems and a good understanding of employment.
