Job Title: Spa Manager Location: Maldives Package: 2,000 - 2,500 per month, plus benefits I'm currently partnering with an amazing resort management company, in the Maldives, who have a number of award winning properties within their existing portfolio. The group have been at the forefront of pioneering the Maldives into one of the most sought out travel destinations it is today, and they are now actively looking for a Spa Manager to join on of their flagship properties. This will be a circa 200 room property, which has been recognised nationally, regionally, & globally as one of the leading luxury travel resorts - their Spa operations have also been recognised at global award ceremonies too In short, you'll be overseeing all aspects of spa services and operations, & maintaining the resorts exceptional standards. We're looking for a real learning & development champion, as you'll be tasked with mentoring and growing the existing Spa team. Your role will encompass the management of spa procedures, staff development, budgeting, and improving guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background successfully operating within remote/luxury island resorts too. Responsibilities: Deliver unparalleled spa services that exceed guest expectations, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Lead and inspire the spa team towards achieving operational excellence and superior service delivery. Drive profitability by managing spa operations efficiently, focusing on revenue growth through service excellence, upselling opportunities, and crafting unforgettable spa experiences. Ensure adherence to our Spa Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high standards of operation and guest service. Create a serene and inviting spa atmosphere, positioning our spa as a preferred destination for relaxation and wellness.
