Market Research Analyst Hertford Office based Monday – Friday , 9am till 6pm 1 hour lunch Salary - £34,000 -£40,000Benefits: Employee discount, Onsite parking, Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic-minded individual to join their team as a Market Research Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive international market, industry, and competitor research analysis to identify business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to gather and analyse data, backss market landscapes, and provide strategic recommendations to guide the company's expansion and development initiatives. The role reports to their CMO and is based at their UK Hertford Head Office. The Analyst will be required to: · Conduct a wide range of international market, industry, and competitor analysis to evaluate business development opportunities. · Analyse retailer landscape and potential market size for FOB sales opportunities. · Evaluate the e-commerce landscape and consumer demand for potential D2C opportunities. · Gather, review, test, and challenge data to identify expansion opportunities and develop plans to guide and determine the direction to actualise goals. · Identify and prioritise corporate development activities to align with overall business goals. · Develop robust analyses to drive strategic recommendations for business growth. · Monitor and analyse external developments of relevance. · Provide periodic updates on competitors and the firm's business performance. · Report on domestic and international industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities/risks. · Develop business-specific market, and customer knowledge, serving as subject matter expert. · Collaborate across all business functions, helping to knit information together and ensure key business decisions, are grounded in robust data.
