We are seeking a hard-working Attorney who can provide quality legal services to our clients. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings• Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution• Prep for and attend 341 Meeting of Creditors and Assist with pre and post-confirmation matters. Qualifications: • Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role• Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred • Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus• Ability to use Microsoft Office is required• Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly DOE About Company: Here's who we are: We are a small, family-oriented law firm.
