SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management of reporting and storytelling with data. OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: Variance Analysis- Analyze final results and investigate variances. Provide detailed reports and explanations of variances. Budgeting- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Collaborate with various teams to gather inputs and assumptions. Forecasting- Developing financial models to support forecasting efforts. Provide monthly updates to the forecast based on actual results and changes in assumptions. Management reporting- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management. Highlight key trends and financial performance indicators. Storytelling with data-Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making. Use visualizations to help non-financial stakeholders understand key financial insights. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with board and executive level presentations and communications. Experience with BI Tools such as Domo, Power BI, Tableau or other similar tools a plus.
