As a Cafe Manager, you'll work closely with our General Manager to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the success of their diverse events, including weddings, brand launches, and more. Duties of a General Manager: Maintain the highest standard of food safety, training will be given to a minimum Level 2Maintain daily staffing rota to ensure adequate cover for the café. Raise with the Line Manager any broken or unserviceable equipment. Monitor and raise with the Line Manager any food safety concerns and follow through with appropriate action to resolve. Always ensure compliance with health and safety procedures in accordance with the Health and Safety policy statement.
