Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.As a Software Engineering Manager on the Digital Technology team, a typical day for you will include: * This will be a hands on coding role, must be familiar and proficient in C#, .Net, and React * Manage projects, workflow, and development roadmap to keep the development team organized, efficient, and optimally running * Provide vision, design and oversight, and creates and implements architectural strategy, align resources within cross-functional teams to build high-quality digital products and services * Guide the team in best practice for agile development including estimating stories, grooming backlog, and breaking down epics * Work with product owners and business stakeholders to define feature requirements and set priorities * Mentor team individuals to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs and develop their careersBring your skills and be inspired to achieve success. * Experience: * 5+ years of experience in both frontend and backend development * 3+ years of development management experience * Demonstrated experience managing IT/e-commerce/web/mobile applications and platforms * Knowledge of digital commerce integration such as CMS, DAM * Expert knowledge in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and server-side development * Experience with git source control and collaboration tool such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack * Experience agile development methodology * Experience with web frameworks, interactive web development, responsive web design and native mobile applications * Experience with site speed optimization * Experience and working knowledge of secure development practices * Experience with AWS or GCP or Azure is desired * Skills: * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and SQL * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or relevant field of study preferred * Schedule / in-office requirements: * Must be local to DFW, hybrid working model.
